HI!
how can i check a lawsuit on line when I have the case no? i can't seam to find it anywhere and I don't know if I am being scammed that someone is sueing me or if its for real . can you just tell me how to find the case # online so I can check to make sure its real. thanks for your time

The lawsuit would probably be in whatever county you lived in CA when the debt was incurred. Look on line for that county's superior court, and then click through until you find the "search case" or similar location.
