Pictures posted on the internet

my lap was stolen recently. I just found that pictures of my children who are in Court ordered protective custody are now on public view. what do I do?

You don't specify whether you have any idea who might have done this or why. I am not so sure that it is as easy as Mr. Bakondi suggests, but he has the right idea: first, ask nicely that the pictures come down. I have been somewhat successful in getting images removed just by asking nicely. If that does not work, then you may be able to have your current family law attorney escalate, or you may need an attorney that has a deeper understanding of the Internet.

Hire an attorney like myself to find and write a letter to whoever owns the websites, and hosts the websites, and if they refuse to take it down, get a court order/restraining order/injunction. Contact my office if you are interested.
