Legal Question in Technology Law in California

I want to start an online site that is dedicated to the adult industry. I will take great precausion to prevent minors from advertising. But if I do this will I fall under the Communications Decency Act if I put adult ads like www.craigslist.org did and www.backpage.com did. I will need a good internet lawyer to guide me on how to do this buisness legally.
