Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I just purshased a used vehicle 2 months ago and it already is in the repair shop. The used car lot I purchased it from told me the car was in great condition and never disclosed any repairs the vehicle needed. They even sold me a crap $1,400 warranty that covers almost nothing and doesn't kick in until after the 3r'd month anyway. Do I have any options?? Do I have the right to get my money back and have them take back the car??

You should investigate your facts with the California Consumer Protection agency. They have very strict rules about buying and selling autos because of the vast amount of fraud that has been committed. Warranty deals are especially suspect because of what they offer in turn for very high prices! Lemon laws apply to car sales, but usually only after a few repairs over a very short period. The law does allow a return for these cases. You could sue in small claims court assuming the value is under $5000. It sounds as if the sale was fraudulent because of the absence of honest disclosure as to the car's condition.
