Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Awarded home

I recently was awared the home that my spouse was leaving in, In our divorce she was awarded, our four children and to remain and maintain the residence, 6 months

after she dropped 3 off and kept one child which she left into another county in this state. What my question is she did not maintain the pymnts and it's A VA HOME LOAN GOING INTO FORECLOUSURE, can I seek damages because she is ruining my credit, or a order, making her pay for back pay because she continued to recieve child/spt and spousal supt, till I changed it.

You should take it up with your family law attorney. It is somewhat impossible to answer this question without a careful review of your family law judgment. If you'd like my assistance, call for an appointment.

Re: Awarded home

You are going to have to review the matter with a family law attorney. There are a lot of factors that will need to be reviewed, including the order granting her the home.
