Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

About one year ago I enrolled in Credit Solutions debt program with the hope of having my debt paid off in 3 years. I currently have a pending lawsuit with one of my creditors, a levy on my bank account, and another law office calling daily (which I am affraid will also try to sue me). Credit Solutions is NOT doing anything for me!!! THey have filled me full of false hope and false promises. Can I get out of my contract with Credit Solutions and work on my debt/creditors on my own? Credit Solutions is sinking me further into debt! What will happen if I stop paying them for their so-called services? Help me please!
