Civil law - limited collections

A credit card company sued me and I filed an answer 6 months ago. They have done absolutely nothing since that time. Don't they have to prosecute the case within a certain period of time? Can I file for a dismissal?

No, you can't file a request for dismissal. I would suggest that you make a formal request for documents to show that they don't have the paperwork that supports their claim against you. Good luck.
