collecting the judgement

I received a judgement from Ca. Small Claims Court in San Francisco against a Canadian Trucking Co. The trucker does not respond to our demands for payment.

How can I collect against them?

You might hire a collection attorney to do the investigation of assets. If the company has assets in California, levying should be pretty easy. If there are none, you might have to figure out how to collect in Canada. Perhaps they bank at a U.S. bank. There might be other ways that a collection attorney would know.
