Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Construction canges, time delays, and property damage

1) The contractor is not building my new home as drawn in plans: hearth shape is made square when in plans is pie shape, 1 of 5 closets not framed or cased in as all others are, front siding not matching plans, windows not meeting energy calcs. I have given verbal notice of dissatisfaction, none in writing. 2) Currently 1 month past completion date, with estimated 1 month to actual completion. 3)Sub contractors damaged land by getting stuck in field and driving off driveway.
