Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I am going to default on a rv loan. If I sell the rv can I be prosecuted criminaly or just sued civily like a bad credit card debt

Since the lender has the pink slip, how would you sell it without first paying off the loan? I don't know where they would draw the line as far as criminal charges are concerned, stick to selling stuff you own and it won't be a problem. You do know that you could have your payments reduced in a Chapter 13, don't you?
