Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Can I do anything against Ebay and NCO

I used to sell products on Ebay, paid them $5 and faxed all the required papers to verify my identity. My account was closed abruptly and was asked to send those documents again. I did that and sent them emails also but they never opened my account and I couldn't log into my account. All the financial transactions where recorded in my account but I couldn't log to view those anymore. I had to file for refunds of commission fee charged by Ebay on some items that buyers didn't pay for. But couldn't do that cause they didn't allow me to log in. Their online chat assistance refused to help and they have no phone number to call. Now they are calling thru NCO Financial Corporation and also threatening to report to credit agencies. A big chuck of 744 bucks they are demanding is what they I had to file a refund for. I feel so helpless. They refused to help when I had to get a refund and now they can very well go and spoil my credit.

Can I do any thing to them ? I don't want to just sit and get exploited and pay up the full amount.

Thanks

Maybe. There are many issues when suing Ebay. Look at the contract. If you have not done so, I would send them a letter outlining what occured and ask for assistance.
