My girlfriend used my credit card and spent $600 without me knowing can i get that money back?

You can report it to the police since it is a theft and if she is prosecuted the judge might require that she pay you that amount as restitution and/or you can sue her in small claims court and you might be able to collect the judgment if you get lucky. Sounds like getting a new, honest girlfriend is probably the better option.
