Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Mechanic Lien

Is it possible to file a Lien or a mechanic lien against my ex-husband for the arrears he owes in the amount of $115K for child and spousal support. The other part of this question is if the lien can be placed on the property he lives in even though it is in his wifes name only. They purchased it together but the same day they closed escrow he quick claimed the property to her.I do have copies and proof all above information. We do live in CA. It is a community property State correct?
