Ok so i owe about $4500-5000 dollars from getting tickets not paying and it going to collections. They have tooken my license untill I pay this off. I have no way to pay it Iam a single dad and am strapped for cash. My question is can i get a license to drive back and fourth to work? And my other question is if i claim bancruptcy will this debt go away or allow me to get my license?
