my ex didnt pay me the rent

2 years ago, my ex lived in my place for

a long time but never paid rent, and

she was using my address for her mails

too, is it possible to ask her to pay me

now?

It depends on the nature of your agreement, if any. If you just told her she could stay on the couch and have her mail go to your place, you likely will win nothing. If you had an agreement that she would pay as you went along, but she didn't pay, then you have two years from the date she didn't pay to file a lawsuit against her.
