what if I don't pay my settlement with FIA card services, can I go to jail?

No. Only if you do not appear for a court ordered judgment debtor examination, and then only usually if you ignore the warrant after the first non appearance. They can get a judgment and garnish wages, levy bank accounts, and otherwise seek your income and assets
