Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Payday loan debt

I currently have 4 paydays I started with 1 then took out another to help pay some bills and finance charge on the first then I did the same with the third, and then came the fourth, I was planning to pay the interest charge on all of them this payday but my wages were garnished due to a debt from 1997, now i can't afford to pay the loans of the finance charge, please help me I am very desperate. I have 4 children and in need of help.
