Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

grand theft, driving w/ suspended licenes and in possetion of parifenellia

on probation at the time of arrest,has a criminal history I would like to know what are all his options. The best defense. What do you think is going to happen. Is there any possible way to get his bail lowerd so he can be free until he is convicted and sentenced. He has a private lawyer and what are the possibilitys of the lawyer talking with me about his case? Thank you

Absolutely impossible to answer your questions without more facts. Only a lawyer familiar with the facts of the case and criminal history could do so. The best person to ask is the private lawyer who has been retained. It is his job to answer questions.
