Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i was in a hit and run. and missed my court date. i know now i must go and ask for a nother cocurt date....will this affect my driving license in any way?

If you missed your court date then you now have a bench warrant issued against you. You need to have your warrant recalled ASAP.
