Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
This is my second under the influence charge of a narcartic will I go to jail when I go to court?
I can't afford the classes what do I do. I just don't want to go to jail and at that time before they took me to get a blood test I tried to hurt myself and they took me to a mental place will that go in my favor?
