Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Using the law to destroy the bad guys.

I am interested in either finding or helping to create an efficient legal search and destroy force against all scam artists on or off the Internet. I.E. Credit Card, MLM, Pyramid, Telemarketing, Work at Home Etc. Can you give me any info?

No, but if you find any, please let me know. I know of several hundred lawyers who will gleefully employ whatever method you find.
