motions

if a judge grants a motion on a case then 2 weeks later at the next court date change his mind and then deny the motion?

Judges are generally allowed to reconsider their rulings on motions and correct any they believe were mistaken. There might be circumstances which would preclude the judge from changing his mind about this particular ruling, but I know far too little about your case to say whether there are.
