No, no one call tell you what is going to 'happen' to him based on the single fact you list, other than that he is being transported [per PC2620] to 'county' to face felony charges [or possibly to appear at a Grand Jury]. He needs to hire an attorney promptly, or apply for the PD at his first court appearance, who then can explain what he faces.
