Re: Admin judge final decision appeal

Depending upon which type of appeal this is, you only have a certain time period within which to file an appeal with the Superior Court having jurisdiction over your case.

With most state agency appeals, that time period is 60 days. You should read the final order carefully. It should tell you what you need to do and/or file if you wish to appeal the decision, and where it must be filed.

If you would like an attorney to prepare and file the appeal for you, my firm is happy to help. My phone number is 714-568-1560, or you may email me and I can answer any questions you might have.
