Due procees of law

If i have a DUI charge theat I never go to court for and they issue a warrant, does the due process of law start whet the warrwnt is issued, and is it 7 years?

warrants are forever. You must go to court voluntarily and deal with the warrant and criminal charges before they come arrest you. If serious about doing so, and if the case is in SoCal, feel free to contact me.
