Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui

arrested did not go before a judge, no fine or ticket. let go with no court date. DMW sent letter of supension called they said they don't care, they only need suspension?

The DMV sends an initial letter stating that they are suspending your license unless you challenge it. You have 10 days from the date of the letter to challenge the suspension. They hold a DMV hearing. You should get an attorney.
