Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui

i got a dui in orange county a year and a half ago. now i get my second in la county..i did my time for the second...but i know i broke probation in OC, will they be notified and if so how long before i get a notice...how many months would i be facing for this summary probation?

Too bad. It's too late. You or your lawyer should have contacted the D.A. or probation Dept in Orange County to address the violation of probation and arranged a concurrent jail sentence for it. Now that's impossible, isn't it? How many months? I can't predict that.
