Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui refusal on both tests

i was arrested for a Dui and after being tormented by one of the officers i refused both tests. The officer was sexually innappropriate, declined to have the arrest taped, declined a female officers presence at time of arrest, and sprained my wrist and covered my arms w/ bruises. By the time of arrival at the station i was dissociated and dazed from the torture and was unable to make a proper decision. it is at all possible for me to not loose my license?

Re: dui refusal on both tests

loss of license is automatic on refusal to test. You could spend a ton of money fighting it, but you have little chance of success; remember it is your word versus the officers'. You still need to fight the DUI. Contact me if interested in doing either.
