Legal Question in DUI Law in California

license availability

i received a wet wreckless in feb 00 and a dui in nov 00, which then transferred my wet into a dui which makes two. my question is...without taking the required classes am i eligable for re-issuement of my license at the time of both dui's dropping off my record which happens nov of next year? i will have a clean record by that time. i look foward to your reply...thank you for your time...ron Bollinger

DMV will not reissue a license until you have shown them a completion of the alcohol school.
