Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I have been ordered to complete an 18 month dui school. I want to move to my family's house in Utah. Can I transfer any of my court ordered stuff to another state and how do I do that?

Yes, as long as you have your attorney get the court's permission. If permitted upon modifying probation, you will not get credit for the program portion already completed.
