pd says it is not pertinent single vehicle (motorcycle) accident airlifted to hospital 1 blood sample taken and sent to be tested 3 times .05/.06/.07 thc levels less than a second hand smoker. Cause of accident large piece of asphalt wedged between front wheel and fender.tow truck driver had to chisel asphalt to allow bike to roll.chp reported clear road pd says letter from tow comp. is not pertinent. chp1(stand in)took statements etc. chp2 arrived after everyone was gone.chp1 verbally filled in chp2 then left.chp2 wrote report no meation of chp1 in report at all pd says this is not pertinent. passenger on bike was not hurt in any way because driver set her off bike before it went down.drunk or impaired people dont move that fast do they?pd says this is not pertinent. fact 20min. before accident 1 drink with lunch.7to9 days before accient smoked pot no need to lie he did inhale. there is more but these are at the top of the list.

Nothing is pertinent to the PD except what are you going to plead guilty to, and what will you get. The job of the PD is to sell you the plea bargain. If you want to contest the charges, hire a private lawyer.
