I have recently been charged with a Dui. Am I allowed access to the blood results before my court date. If yes, what is the name of the department within the courthouse system

The attorney you retain will be given a copy of the police report at the first hearing.

Gennerally speaking blood results are not availble until the Arraignment (the first court date). Blood results are technically private information until they are made public in a court proceeding.

The officer should have provided a Notice to apear which will state the date, time and court room to which you must report.

You do have a ten day window to file a request at the Department of Motor Vehicles to preserve your license so do not wait until the court date.
