My mouther had a strok not able to go home and live by here self. how do i get power af atterney if she dedent assin one to my sister or me and protect her estate

If your mother is still competent and able, she can create a power of attorney now. If not, you will have to create a conservatorship, by which you seek the court's authority for a conservator (which could be you or a professional conservator) to oversee and handle your mother's finances and/or medical decisions.
