an entertaniment company wants 50% of my tv game show to produce it and invest in it how much should I ask for?

I would assume you have constructed a business plan that has taken into account the costs and expenses needed to produce the show. If you haven't done this, then there is really no effective way to determine how much to ask for (and I would be very surprised if the entertainment company would be willing to invest anything without such information).

For this type of transaction, everything is negotiable. How much you should ask for depends upon a variety of factors, which can only be determined by the circumstances of each particular situation. For instance, how much experience you have relative to the experience of your partners, how much you have invested in developing the project, etc. I have handled such negotiations for other entertainment clients and would be happy to speak with you about representing you in this transaction.
