Legal Question in Family Law in California

26 year marriage ending

I am disabled since 1997. My husband left me two weeks ago for another woman. I don't know how to support myself since he always has. He makes $150,000 a year. We are in debt. What do i do first?

You have a long term marriage based upon California statute, and there may be significant spousal support and community property rights for you to consider.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
