HELP!! Ex Not Agreeing to Parenting Plan - What now?

Husb filed parntng plan/case is5+ yrs old.Ex needs clarific. on transportn & pickup times,ex constantly chges things regrdg holidays/summer, & my husb's summer parntg time is always met by argument about these visits.They had mediation on Friday.Ex refused to agree w/the parntng plan-it follows cur orders w/some clarif,& instead she filed a refusal to agree to the plan& is pleading w/the court to force him to AA 3Xs per wk insenu. he is alcoholic(a card she plays when she has no other form of defense).Husb is NOT an alcoholic/only wants resolve the pndng issues so he can father son w/as little conflict as poss.She calls him screaming about all matters& refuses to let him or I spk& hangs up. She claims he is berating & humiliating HER in attempt to brk her dn so he can get full cust-he doesn't want full cust,just adequate time with son-& she claims she has almost filed RO agnst him so he can't call her home. Mediator has cxd their court date of 11/17 & instead is sending them together to fam.couns. to attmpt to agree on parntng plan.If not, court will be in Jan.My husb can't afford an atty-she has totally drained him fin$$!What might to happen now?SONOMA CTY-she wrks for Son. Cty. What should he do now?

Check the local court rules on the internet, and call the court clerk or local bar association and inquire about free legal assistance. Many courts have free clinics to assist parents in his position.

Also request an order that either parent can record telephone calls between them. This may take a lot of the bite out of her telephone calls.
