alimony

my ex and i have a cout date next week because i need to decrease support. she has not filed any response or income expense declarations. what happens if she shows up and hasn't done anything? I have filed everything needed to support my case. can i get a temporary order? proof service filed

It is really up to the judge, I am GUESSING that the judge will give her more time if she shows up and if she does not, grant your order, but this is just guessing.
