i need to change county jurisdiction what are the derermining factors ?

Varies based on the case, but if there are kids involved, jurisdiction usually follows the kids. You must live in the county at least 3 months to change jurisdiction and if opposing party objects to the change the court will look at other factors. If opposing party agrees to change then court will usually transfer.
