Can i do a change of venue w/out an attorney
Can I do a change of venue with out an Attorney? If so what would the paper work be called? where can I get the paper work from? How long does this type of thing take before I can do my Order to Show Cause paper work?

You can file a motion for a change of venue. You will have to submit declaration and cases to support your request for a change of venue. To do this you will need to learn the grounds for a change of venue and how they apply to the facts in your case.
