how do i get child support for my child from the father when the father neither will sign the birth certificate nor do a paternity test . he knows i am carrying his child from the very start

You need to file an action to establish paternity of the child. When he is established by the court as the child's father the court will order the payment of child support. It will also determine child sharing, can order payment of medical costs of the delivery of the baby and attorney's fees. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
