Child support

If I re-marry can my x-wife take me back to court,to get more child support,by adding my new wife's income to mine?

No, but it's slightly more complicated. Your new wife's income cannot be considered for child support, she has no legal obligation to support step-children. However, because her income likely puts you in a higher tax bracket, it can actually reduce your child support by putting it in the calculation, which is why many judges simply don't put it in the formula.
