Contempt Vaild

Is there a certin number of contempt charges before you can file or bring to trial? Many items seem duplicate. This is ''Family Law'' / Quasi criminal.

What is the purpose of a pretrial?

One is enough. Pretrial is a time to exchance trial briefs, witness lists, and exhibits.
