Are court child custody/visitation orders with out judge's signature and county clerk stamp be enforceable? Los Angeles, CA

They are not enforceable by the courts. But if one party were to present such a written agreement to the court and the parties had been following it, most likely the court would also follow the agreement unless a very good reason were given to the court not to follow the agreement.
