discovery on wife who is a boss
My ex has transfered his business into wife #4's name. He claims he's and independent contractor. Can you do a deposition on a wife who is the owner of the company whom my ex works for? How do you get around the ''innocent spouse'' or the a spouse can't testify against another issue? Thanks.
