Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce petitioner filed papers in county which they only lived three weeks. Believe it must be three months. How to respond?

Was the box for "Dissolution" checked? The requirement is that either the Petitioner or the Respondent must have resided in the county for three months prior to filing (and six months in the State of California). So if the Respondent meets the requirement, it doesn't matter if the Petitioner does or not.

If the box for "Legal Separation" was checked, the residency requirement doesn't apply.
