greetings, my name is evette and im 37 from Glendale California. my dad was in a bad accident has been hospitilized for the past couple weeks he is till in ICU went under couple brain surgery already. i have one brother 36 that is cusing too much problems and puting my dad health in danger. he already got kicked out of the hospital twice due to his bad angry temper and he is mentaly not right. he is fighting with me and my mom and the nurses front of my dad in hopsital room. I need some help to see how i can keep him away from my dad. he needs peace to get well and my brother is not supporting and is no help just cousing problmes. how can i do the power attorney letter by my dad being in the hospital.

As your father just underwent brain surgery, I'm unsure if he is of proper mental status to sign a power of attorney. You or your mother should consider seeking a conservatorship over your father and then filing for a restraining order on your father's behalf to keep his son away from him.
As you are all family members, you do not have to seek a conservatorship in order to obtain a restraining order.
