my exwife and i have joint physical custody of our three children, I've resently learned that she allows her boyfriend of verbally disepline my kids to the point where they dont want to go back to her. what can i do or say to prevent this?

If you feel the discipline rises to the level of abuse it may be helpful for you to contact child protective services if it is a danger to your children. It may also be a situation appropriate for a court order preventing your children from being around the abusive boyfriend.
