Family Law - Custodial Parent Vacations

Does the Custodial parent of a child, have to inform the non-custodial parent, if she wishes to take the child to hawaii for a weekend-the weekend he's suppose to have custody, but refuses to trade weekends?

I am not sure I understand your question, but interfering with the other parent's visitation is a serious matter. As to removing the child from the state for a vacation etc, the answer depends upon the terms of the custody and visitation order.
