Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hidden Assets Found After Divorce Was Final

Divorce was final 5 months ago. Ex hid an asset and did not declare it. I have paperwork to prove my case and am entitled to half the value of this asset. What is required to re-open my case? OSC, points and authorities, etc. Please advise.

You may be entitled to ALL of the undisclosed asset and not just half of it!

You may be able to get the entire asset, without division with your ex-spouse. In addition, you should be able to get your attorney's fees for filing the motion. You have much to lose, so don't try to do this on your own. Retain an experienced family law attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
