International Divorce

I was Married in a country 4 years ago.

The Marriage was recognized by

homeland Security. Now we are looking

to get a divorce. She has no SSN or

Alien Number. What can I do to get a

divorce?

If you've been in California for at least 6 months, file a petition for dissolution of marriage in your county of residence.
